Piedmont West Urgent Care Center offers medical treatment services from an experienced, skilled family medicine physician at times when other doctors’ offices may be closed or an appointment is not available. If you or a loved one has flu-like symptoms or a severe cold, a respiratory or sinus infection, a sore throat, earache, abdominal pain, or a minor injury such as a sprain, strain, or laceration, our urgent care clinic in York, South Carolina can quickly and efficiently provide the care that you need so you can be on your way. We can also provide sports, camp, and school physicals for kids and occupational physicals including those required by the DOT, worker’s compensation exams, and drug and alcohol testing.
We provide medical treatment for adults and children over one year of age, and specialize in urgent care for illnesses and injuries that are not quite serious enough for the hospital emergency room. We offer convenient on-site x-ray and laboratory facilities. And, to ensure continuity of care, we will share our diagnosis, treatment information, and follow-up care instructions with your primary care physician.
